My essentials throughout the year are 3feet insoles in all my shoes: running, everyday, outdoor and skiing; but also the 3D football insoles in my crampons.
For winter, the Thermic sleeveless heated vest with Activ Light Tech gloves to work and for the weekend ride !!
Without forgetting my 3D sandals, I can no longer put one foot in another sandal !!

Therm-ic heated gloves and socks because once you have tested them you cannot do without them! When hiking in the cold, or skiing, it is essential to enjoy your day without frozen feet and fingers.

I daily use Qenoa creams, my favorites: the Estheressence day care cream 50ml, the eye contour elixir and the Pollensia serum booster!

The Sidas anti-friction cream before each training session and basketball game. My career is on the downswing, I need to take care of my feet more than ever 😉

For THERM-IC, obviously the combo of heated jacket and Active Light Tech gloves that I rarely go without in the fall / winter! As practical and comfortable for everyday use as on the slopes and during mountain walks with the children.

My 3feet Work insoles for the comfort of my feet every day in my safety shoes at work;
